To meet the challenges of the paint shop's low-clearance, high-dust environment, Supeng Machinery (Jiangsu) customized the new S550 with a height of just 1.65 meters, ensuring it can maneuver freely in tight spaces. Additionally, protective curtains and metal guards were installed to create a dual-layer defense for the engine and hydraulic systems.
2. Powered by a Doosan China IV-compliant engine with a rated power of 50.7 kW, the machine offers significantly improved sand-pushing efficiency. Alongside the emissions upgrade, the cooling system layout was optimized to ensure stable, continuous operation in the hot, enclosed environment, perfectly balancing performance with environmental standards.

Although the client was already well-versed in operating Bobcat skid-steer loaders, the Supeng team provided specialized training on the differences found in the China IV version—such as the upgraded electronic control system, intelligent fault diagnosis, and various operating modes—to ensure operators quickly mastered the new features.
4. Training went beyond theory to focus on practical application: operators conducted hands-on sand-pushing drills in the actual paint shop environment. During operation, the power advantages of the China IV engine were immediately apparent: a gentle nudge of the joystick kept the bucket precisely against the ground, and the machine remained stable without power lag or shuddering, even when pushing through thick layers of sand.
